FairPlay International's investments in agriculture began several years ago, when in 2003 the company purchased the farm-yard of the village cooperation in the town of Gramada. In order to continue its development in this sector, in 2006 FPI established FairPlay Agricultural Fund /FAF/ and transformed its investments in the town of Gramada into a modern base for its agricultural production from its own and leased agricultural lands.

FAF has a vertically integrated economic structure, whereas the main directions of activity of the company are:
• Purchase and cultivation of agricultural land;
• Plant-growing;
• Stock-breeding;
• Fodder and grain storage.
Currently, FAF develops its business in three main directions: land properties /buying and leasing agricultural land/, plant-growing /acquisition of grain and oil-bearing cultures in the town of Gramada and village of Hayredin/ and stock-breeding /dairy production/. FAF is planning further investments in the production of ecologically clean energy (electric and thermal power) through the use of biogas, without emitting harmful emissions in the atmoshpere.

FAF’s investment policy is in line with its strategic objectives, namely:
• Complete vertical integration, which will increase the effectiveness of each project;
• Synergy between projects;
• Use of modern technology - environmental projects;
• Production of electricity from waste bio-products.

• Rimex Oil EOOD - Production, processing and sale of wheat and oil cultures, seed production;
• Ekoplant Product EOOD - Production, processing and sale of wheat and oil cultures;
• Stroi Invest 2002 EOOD - Production, processing and sale of agricultural production - wheat, corn, sunflower and rapeseed, as well as seed production;
• Pro-Agro EOOD - Dairy cattle-breeding;
• Agro Gram EOOD - Dairy cattle-breeding;
• Agrosort EOOD - Production of feed and grain storage;
• Agroplant EOOD - Production of cattle fodder and grain storage;
• Proagro Sofia EOOD - Purchase and lease of agricultural land.
